A new house on the west side of Harrisburg topped the list of the most expensive residential sales for the week of Dec. 16 at almost $1.1 million.

The two-story house was built by TD Custom Homes on a half-acre lot in the new Sunny Haven Estates neighborhood. The 4,400-square-foot home has six bedrooms and five bathrooms.

The property transfer information comes from the Minnehaha County Director of Equalization Office and the Lincoln County Register of Deeds Office. Addresses are for Sioux Falls unless noted.
