Winter Wonderland

Winter Wonderland has officially started! Falls Park will be lit up each night from now through Jan. 9 with thousands of lights and decorations.

This is a can’t-miss sight when it comes to events to include during your holiday season.

Christmas Tree Lighting

On Friday, Nov. 26, before the start of the Parade of Lights, the Washington Pavilion will have its Christmas tree lighting ceremony.

Join for live music, cookies and hot cocoa as the Pavilion officially lights Sioux Falls’ largest Christmas tree at 7 p.m..

Parade of Lights

The 29th annual Parade of Lights will be the center of attention in downtown Sioux Falls on Nov. 26. The parade starts at 7:30 p.m., but be sure to get downtown early, and claim a spot along Phillips Avenue because this event is sure to attract a crowd. Share a photo of your favorite holiday float on social media!

Twilight Flights

Catch an aerial view of the city with Strawbale Winery’s Twilight Flights where you can see the holiday lights scattered throughout Sioux Falls, including a flyover of Winter Wonderland.

Twilight Flights will be offered Thursday through Saturday the first three weeks of December. Reserve your seat soon to ensure you get a spot.

Christmas with the Symphony
