Seven houses topped the million-dollar mark for residential sales during the week of June 2.

The most expensive transaction was $2.1 million for an acreage south of Sioux Falls.

The 4,500-square-foot ranch walkout was built in 2018 and sits on 10 acres that includes a well-fed fishing pond and fenced pastures. It has five bedrooms and four bathrooms with a laundry room on each level and core-floor storage. Other features include a 40-by-80-foot outbuilding with stalls for horses and a sport court.
