The most expensive residential sale for the week of Sept. 29 was $2.6 million for a home along Willow Run Golf Course.

The 6,500-square-foot, two-story house with a walkout lower level was custom built in 2022 on 1.2 acres in the Crowne of Arbors Edge neighborhood. It has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Features include a 21-foot ceiling in the great room, a multipurpose room and second laundry area on the second floor, a heated four-stall garage and core floor garage. The lower level has an open-concept theater area with projector, wet bar with two TVs, a kids play zone with a loft, a dedicated room for video games and an exercise room.

One other sale in the same neighborhood topped the million-dollar mark.
