The most expensive residential sale for the week of April 3 was just over $1 million for a home in the Cherry Lake Reserve neighborhood in west Sioux Falls.

The 4,700-square-foot home was custom-built in 2018 by Top Construction and was a Parade of Homes winner. The two-story walkout has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Features include a 20-foot ceiling in the great room and a lower-level kitchen. The home has access to the private-use beach on Cherry Lake and bike trails in the development.
