The most expensive residential sale for the week of Feb. 12 was $685,000 for a home in south Sioux Falls.

The 3,200-square-foot home was built in 2014 in the Prairie Hills South neighborhood. It has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Features outside include a covered deck and basketball court. The home has a fireplace, walk-in pantry and master suite walk-in closet.
