Three homes topped the million-dollar mark for sales in the week of April 18.

The most expensive sale was $1.6 million for a 7,100-square-foot home nestled on an almost 1-acre wooded lot in southeast Sioux Falls. It has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Outdoor features include an in-ground pool and two ponds.

The No. 2 home, a new town house at Lake Lorraine, sold for $1,318,500. At 2,800 square feet, it has three bedrooms and four bathrooms. Features include an electric fireplace in the family room, wet bars and laundry hookups on two levels, and four private outdoor spaces.

The No. 3 sale at $1,215,500 is a new twin home in south Sioux Falls. It has two bedrooms and three bathrooms, and the lower-level walkout has room for additional bedrooms and baths.
