I’ve always believed that if you’re going to do something, you might as well do it boldly and ideally in a way that brings people together and gives back. That belief is exactly why we are about to break a local record by hosting a 24-hour open house.
To my knowledge, this has never been done here, so Amy Stockberger Real Estate is going to be the ones to do it and support a cause near and dear to our hearts.
This Saturday, Jan. 10, at 8 a.m. through Sunday, Jan. 11, at 8 a.m., one of our fabulous agents, Rocky Tornow, will be hosting a 24-hour open house at 1137 E. Thompson Place in Tea. This is the last twin home available in the luxury twin home development on Nine Mile Lake.
And yes, you heard that right, Rocky will be there for 24 hours straight.
But this is not just about breaking a record. We also are doing this to support our local kiddos.
For every person who walks through the door, Amy Stockberger Real Estate will donate $50 to Sioux Falls CASA, up to a total of $5,000. Our goal is 100 people in 24 hours, which means $5,000 raised simply by showing up.
CASA advocates for children who have experienced abuse or neglect, and supporting organizations that care for our local kiddos is something my team and I care deeply about.
To keep things fun and interactive throughout the entire 24 hours, we will be doing live drawings, surprise giveaways and livestreaming moments so you can follow along in real time. We will be sharing updates, drawing announcements and livestream moments across our social channels as they happen. Even if you cannot make it in person, you can still be part of the experience.
And this event is not limited to just 1137 E. Thompson Place.
During the same 24-hour window, we also are hosting 24-hour virtual open houses across all our exclusive houses to call home, along with access to a curated list of off-market properties. These are homes that are not yet available to the public. If you like being first to know before a home ever hits the open market, this is your opportunity to get an inside look.
Because Lifetime Home Support is our foundation, we also will have information available for all our beloved Home Support Team partners. If you need help with your existing home and buying or selling is not in your plans right now, we still have your back. From HVAC experts and painters to electricians and even home and lifestyle vendors, we have access to some of the best professionals in our local market.
This is about more than holding an open house for 24 hours. It is about community. It is about accessibility. And it is about doing business in a way that creates real local impact.
If you are nearby, we would love for you to stop by, get counted and tour this beautiful home, as well as check out all our exclusive houses to call home virtually, check out our the best local businesses with our Home Support Team partners and help us break a local record together.
Also we encourage you to cheer on Rocky by giving him a shout-out on socials or even dropping by with some coffee or a Red Bull.
If you want to chat with Rocky directly, reach him at 605-906-5813 or Rockwell@AmyStockberger.com.
Book a consultation with our team to explore how we can support each other locally. We can’t wait to connect with you!
