Two homes topped the million-dollar mark for residential sales for the week of Jan. 16.

The No. 1 sale is a home in the Crown Pointe neighborhood near Pasley Park in southeast Sioux Falls that sold for $1.4 million. The two-story, all-brick home was built in 2002 on an almost 1-acre lot. With 7,300 square feet, it has seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Features include a two-bedroom apartment in the lower level and a four-stall garage.

The No. 2 home, which sold for $1.2 million, was built by Trademark Homes in 2022 in the Arbor’s Edge addition on the east edge of Sioux Falls.
