Three homes top million-dollar mark in weekly sales report

The most expensive residential sale for the week of May 17 was $1,295,000 million for a home in a gated neighborhood near Old Yankton and Ralph Rogers roads.
The 5,200-square-foot home was built in 2019. It has six bedrooms and five bathrooms.
Two additional homes also sold for more than $1 million. One is a 7,200-square-foot home along Bakker Crossing Golf Course that has five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The other sits on 8 acres a few miles south of the golf course and has 5,100 square feet with five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
