Art class and painting party business Wine & Canvas is closing.

Owners Jesse and Sarah Callahan started the business nine years ago and said they are at a different place in life today.

“Family comes first, and in order to keep that a priority, we are closing our doors,” they said in a statement.

The last day at 1412 W. 41st St. will be Sept. 25.

Customers can take classes until then and purchase art and supplies at a discount.

Longtime artists Mary Lee and Jodi Baumgartner will continue to provide art to the community through other ventures, the Callahans said.
