The most expensive residential sale for the week of Jan. 3 was $925,000 for a brick home on the west side of Sioux Falls overlooking the Skunk Creek greenway.

The 4,800-square-foot ranch walkout was built in 2004 and was recently updated. It has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Features include two gas fireplaces, a three-season porch and an oversized heated garage with a separate stairway to the home’s lower level. The lower-level family and media room includes a wet bar.
