A new home along the water in a development on the northeast side of Tea topped the list of the most expensive residential sales for the week of Oct. 23.

The top sale was $1.1 million for the fall Parade of Homes entry that was built by Jeren Homes. The 3,700-square-foot home in the Nine Mile Lake development has three bedrooms and four bathrooms. Features include 14-foot ceilings in the living room, core-floor storage and a screened-in, elevated concrete patio with a fireplace.

The property transfer information comes from the Minnehaha County Director of Equalization Office and the Lincoln County Register of Deeds Office. Addresses are for Sioux Falls unless noted.
