Two homes along golf courses in Brandon and Sioux Falls topped the million-dollar mark for residential sales for the week of July 19.

The most expensive home sold for $1,540,000. The one-of-a-kind estate featuring a European-inspired design also was the No. 1 home sale in early April 2019, selling for $1.4 million.

The other property is a new home in the Arbor’s Edge development along Willow Run Golf Course that sold for $1,104,000. It was built by WT Homes.
