Two acreages top $2 million mark in sales report

Two homes topped the $2 million-dollar mark for residential sales for the week of Sept. 13.
The most-expensive property is an acreage south of Spring Creek Golf Course that sold for $2.8 million. The home was built in 2002 and has 6,000 square feet, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. It sits on 6 acres and has two outbuildings.
The second home to top the $2 million-dollar mark at $2.2 million is north of Renner and just east of Highway 115. The home sits on a 4-acre lot, and the sale included an additional 16 acres. The 7,200-square-foot home has five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Features include hand-crafted beams, three fireplaces and a wine cellar. Outside, there’s a shop building, a 3-acre area fenced for dogs and a regulation-size bocce court.
