The most expensive home sale for the week of July 13 was $1,650,000 for a 9,500-square-foot house in south Sioux Falls.
The home in the Prairie Hills neighborhood has six bedrooms and five baths. Floor-to-ceiling windows cover the two-story expanse overlooking the backyard. The lower level features a full kitchen, tiered theater room and sport court with a batting cage, putting green and workout area. It sits on a 1-acre lot and has a core floor garage.
