Twin home along west-side lake tops sales report at $925,000

The most expensive residential sale for the week of June 26 was $925,000 for a new twin home along Cherry Lake in west Sioux Falls.
The home with 3,300 square feet of finished space was built in 2022. It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The open floor plan features a vaulted ceiling in the living room and kitchen, and a wall of windows with sliding doors that open to the composite deck overlooking the lake.
