The most expensive residential sale for the week of Feb. 8 was $1,495,000 for a home along Prairie Green Golf Course in south Sioux Falls.

The 7,600-square-foot home was built in 2001 and sits on a 1-acre lot. It has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Features include a heated outdoor pool and a 2,500-square-foot garage.
