Secluded home on private drive tops sales report

The most expensive home sale for the week of Oct. 21 was $675,000 for a secluded property south of Spencer Park.

The 4,200-square-foot house that was built in 1978 sits along a private drive on a wooded lot. It has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and includes an in-ground swimming pool.
