A home in the Prairie Tree neighborhood in south Sioux Falls topped the list of the most expensive residential sales for the week of Sept. 11.

The top sale was nearly $1.3 million for the 6,100-square-foot home that was built in 1990. It has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The home’s backyard is adjacent to the neighborhood’s greenway.
