Report: Francesca’s to close all stores

After more than 25 years, Francesca’s appears to be closing all stores.
A representative confirmed to Women’s Wear Daily that all inventory will be liquidated and the physical stores will be closing soon.
Francesca’s opened at The Empire Mall in 2014. It specializes in women’s apparel and accessories.
The company’s website does not include information on a closure but advertises a “warehouse sale” with all clearance items $15 or less.
The chain filed for bankruptcy protection in late 2020 and by early 2021 had sold nearly all of its assets” to TerraMar Capital’s affiliate Francesca’s Acquisition LLC.
