Two homes topped the million-dollar mark for residential sales for the week of Oct. 10.

The No. 1 home in the The Park in Tuthill Highlands neighborhood in southeast Sioux Falls sold for $1.25 million. The two-story walkout home was built in 1995 on a 1-acre lot and was recently remodeled. With 4,800 square feet, it has five bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The No. 2 property is an acreage north of Worthing that sold for $1 million. The home and event barn sit on 25 acres, with fruit trees and a creek on the property. The 4,200-square-foot home was built in 2003 and has six bedrooms and five bathrooms. The property includes additional outbuildings.
