East-side house on corner lot tops sales report at $610,000

The most expensive residential sale for the week of Dec. 22 was $610,000 for a house on the east side of Sioux Falls.
The 3,000-square-foot ranch house was built in 2017 on a corner lot in the Copper Creek neighborhood. It has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Features included a walk-in pantry, two fireplaces, a heated four-stall garage, a covered deck and fenced backyard.
