Pasta business brings new flavor to Falls Park Farmers Market
May 15, 2026
A new business offering homemade pasta is among this season’s new vendors at the Falls Park Farmers Market.
Pasta Express is focused on “the three T’s of gourmet pasta”: taste, texture and time.
“We specialize in handcrafted pasta that brings a homemade touch to every bite, whether it’s a quick meal, catering event or pop-up experience,” owner Seona Neal said.
Neal, a mother of three who moved to the area two years ago from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, said the idea grew from a lifelong love of pasta.
Her company was created in early 2025 out of a passion for cooking and bringing people together through food.
Since then, Pasta Express has expanded through private pop-up events, catering and online orders, with a focus on quality and connection.
“The biggest joy comes from seeing people genuinely enjoy something I created,” Neal explained. “Pasta is comforting, familiar and brings people together. Being able to provide that experience is rewarding.”
Pasta Express allows her to be creative, connect with others and build something meaningful from the ground up, which is important to show her boys what it looks like to build and the benefits of working for yourself, she said.
Customers at the Falls Park Farmers Market can choose from angel hair, fettuccine, spaghetti, pappardelle, beef ravioli and a gluten-free option, ranging in price from $8 to $10. They’re sold fresh, not dried.
“I’m excited to connect with the community in a new way,” Neal said. “I’m especially looking forward to meeting customers face-to-face, and it’s a great opportunity to build relationships and grow the brand locally.”
Her dream pasta dish is a rich, creamy garlic Alfredo with homemade noodles, perfectly seasoned protein and a balance of “bold, but comforting” flavors, she added.
“Something simple, but unforgettable.”
But her favorite product to share with customers is the pappardelle, a wide noodle, with a versatility that allows it to be paired with pasta sauce and work great in a chicken noodle soup too.
