There’s only one space still available at the popular Park Ridge Galleria.

Located at 1714 S. Western Ave., north of 26th Street, this longtime multi-tenant retail center has enjoyed solid leasing success recently.

“Because it’s such a longtime, iconic retail center, this property has a history of evolving tenants. The current mix is a very solid one, and we’re excited to round it out by filling one more space,” said Michael Martin of NAI Sioux Falls, who has the property listed with Ryan Ammann of NAI Sioux Falls.

The remaining space is 3,080 square feet on the south end of the building.

“This suite provides ample space, with a generous tenant allowance,” Martin said.

“It most recently was a hair salon, and now it is down to the shell, plus the building owner is planning on putting in windows to allow more light in if the future tenant would like that. So there’s great opportunity to customize this space to a fit a business’ specific needs.”

Built in 1955 with an addition in 1963, Park Ridge Galleria is entering a new stage with several tenants opening or expanding in recent months.

“There’s been a definite revival of this mall,” said Gretchen Hedrick, owner of Volin’s Racquet & Pickleball. “It’s a great location. They’re painting it all and refreshing it, and no matter where you live in Sioux Falls, you can get here in 25 minutes or less.”

She’s expanding her space to add a new soccer-based concept in the coming weeks and encourages others to consider locating at Park Ridge too.

“These can be beautiful spaces,” she said. “It would be amazing to bring in another retail store or restaurant in the final location. There’s such a good variety of businesses in the mall, so you can come peruse the stores and grab something to eat, and it’s just a different destination and an important retail center for Sioux Falls.”

Other tenants at Park Ridge include Barbara’s Needlepoint, Hobby Town, I Capelli Salon and The Dive.
