The first two phases are filling up fast, and now there are more brand-new homes waiting for residents at a popular 55-and-older community on the east side of Sioux Falls.

“They are also able to enjoy more time at the pool, at their grandkids’ sporting events or walking their dog because they don’t have to mow their lawn or shovel snow in the winter.”

The clubhouse itself offers large gathering spaces, including a kitchen area, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, as well as dining and living areas inside and outside.

“There are so many great ways to stay active and make new connections and friendships within this community, and it’s great to see the connections being made,” Carmody said.

“We are the only single-family, 55-plus, active-adult community in Sioux Falls, and it really brings a great option to those that are looking to downsize, or ‘right size’ as we like to call it, but still want to have their own home and space. Each home really becomes a private oasis with its own outdoor courtyard space.”

Plus, stairs are optional, “which is a big bonus for those looking to have everything they need on one level,” he said.
