An east-side office building at Sycamore Commerce Center offers available space in multiple sizes.

A bank operations center was located at the property at 400 S. Sycamore Ave., which has a wide-open layout that provides flexibility for a variety of users.

“This is a great opportunity for tenants seeking large commercial, office, assembly or event space,” said Mike Knudson of Van Buskirk Cos., who has the property co-listed with Ryan Tysdal.

“It’s a convenient east-side location at Arrowhead Parkway and Sycamore Avenue, which is a major intersection, and the Veterans Parkway corridor is easily accessible from anywhere in the area.”

The former operations center could be divided beginning at 5,000 square feet, or the entire 31,000 square feet may be leased.

While the space is listed for lease, the owner would consider a sale of the entire site. A qualified buyer willing to sign a nondisclosure agreement will be provided a copy of a 2023 appraisal of the almost 9-acre property, Knudson said.
