New six-bedroom home in Grand Prairie tops sales report

The most expensive residential sale for the week of Feb. 22 was $886,000 for a new home in The Grand Prairie neighborhood in south Sioux Falls.
The 4,400-square-foot home was built by Derocher Brothers Construction. It has six bedrooms and four bathrooms.
