A house in a new “active-adult community” topped the list of the most expensive residential sales for the week of Nov. 25 at $916,500.

The 2,900-square-foot home was built this year by Kelly Construction in the builder’s Courtyards at Golden Gateway development near Madison Street and Veterans Parkway. It has four bedrooms and three baths. The community includes a clubhouse with a golf simulator and fitness studio and an outdoor pool and pickleball court.
