The most expensive residential sale for the week of Feb. 6 was $630,000 for a new home in a neighborhood between Sioux Falls and Brandon.

The 1,900-square-foot ranch home was built by Tschetter Construction in the Willow Ridge Addition. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Features include heated floors in the living area, a fireplace, covered deck and four-stall garage.
