The most expensive residential sale for the week of July 15 was $1.1 million for a story-and-a-half walkout home in southeast Sioux Falls.

The 4,600-square-foot home was built by Hartung Homes near 33rd Street and Six Mile Road in the Copper Creek Estates neighborhood. It has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Features include a fireplace and a vaulted ceiling with beams in the living room, a hidden pantry in the kitchen, a ladder to a play space in the half-story and a wet bar and fireplace in the lower level.
