New home on city’s east side tops sales report

The most expensive home sale for the week of March 30 was $559,000 for a new house on the far east side of Sioux Falls.
The 3,000-square-foot home has five bedrooms and three bathrooms. It was built by CD Homes in the Mystic Creek development.
