The most expensive residential sale for the week of July 22 was almost $1 million for a new home north of Sioux Falls.

The 3,000-square-foot house was built by Premiere Builders in a new rural neighborhood along Highway 115. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Features include a gas fireplace and oversized windows in the open living space. The four-stall garage is heated.
