The most expensive residential sale for the week of March 16 was $705,000 for a house in Brandon.

The 3,400-square-foot ranch walkout was built in 1998 on a corner lot that’s one block from a park. It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms and has been updated with a “top-to-bottom refresh.”
