These seats will fill quickly: Reserve your place at Grille 26 or Minervas in downtown Sioux Falls for Easter brunch on April 20.
The menu at Grille 26 will feature a special lineup of breakfast menu items, including options for kids.
Several of the brunch options have a Mexican flair this year, including birria breakfast burritos, empanadas and brunch steak fajitas.
There also are classics such as quiche lorraine and corned beef hash, made with locally sourced Hadrick Ranch premium Angus beef.
All egg dishes feature local pasture-raised eggs from Fruit of the Coop in Brandon.
Feel like eating a lunch dish instead? Grille 26 favorites such as honey almond chicken penne, brick oven salmon and the honey pepper pork tenderloin are among the entrees offered this Easter.
Plus, add a fresh-baked Grille 26 caramel roll to any entree.

Downtown dining is waiting for you this Easter at Minervas, which will offer rare Sunday hours from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 20.
The menu also is a blend of breakfast and lunch entrees, plus kids options for breakfast and lunch.
Minervas offers elevated takes on breakfast classics such as eggs Benedict, salmon bagel, quiche lorraine and creme brûlée french toast. The breakfast charcuterie likely is plenty to share.
On the lunch entree side of the menu, order your Minervas classics, including Cajun chicken linguini and salmon oscar, or indulge with prime rib or a dry-aged filet.
The famous Minervas Market Bar also will offer even more for Easter, including sweet treats. And it can be added to any meal for an additional charge.
Plus, finish off your brunch with a sticky pecan caramel roll.
