The most expensive residential sale for the week of Nov. 17 was $1.9 million for a new lakefront house in Tea.

The 5,400-square-foot, two-story walkout house sits on a cul-de-sac along the manmade 22-acre Nine Mile Lake. It has six bedrooms, five bathrooms and a two-story great room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake. The lower level family room includes a full kitchen and a golf simulator area. The four-stall garage opens to a screened-in deck, and the core-floor garage opens to the backyard, which features a private beach with sand and a firepit set on pavers.

Two other homes topped the million-dollar mark.
