A lakefront home in a west Sioux Falls neighborhood topped the list of the most expensive residential sales for the week of Oct. 30.

The top sale was nearly $1.7 million for the home built in 2020 at Cherry Lake Reserve. The 4,500-square-foot home has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
