A house in the Grand Prairie Estates neighborhood topped the list of the most expensive residential sales for the week of Dec. 2 at $2.5 million.

The 8,400-square-foot home was built in 2011 on one of 12 lots encircling a pond in the private development along 85th Street west of Cliff Avenue. It has seven bedrooms and five baths. Features include a primary suite with its own living room and laundry. The three upper-level bedrooms each have a bath, and they share a family room. Other features include an exercise room, screened porch and a core-floor garage.
