The most expensive residential sale for the week of July 18 was $2.5 million for a home in south Sioux Falls.

The 5,500-square-foot home has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. It was built in the Timber Oak Estates neighborhood in 2011 and sits on a 1.5-acre lot with a pond.

Two other homes topped the million-dollar mark. A 5,400-square-foot brick home in the Vista Ridge neighborhood in south Sioux Falls sold for almost $1.3 million. It was built in 1966 and has four bedrooms and six bathrooms.

A 4,500-square-foot home in the Indian Hills development southeast of Sioux Falls sold for $1.1 million. It was built in 2015 on 2 acres and has six bedrooms and four bathrooms.
