The most expensive residential sale for the week of Aug. 15 was $2.5 million for a home along Prairie Green Golf Course.

The 7,600-square-foot home has five bedrooms and six bathrooms. It was built in 2001 on a 1-acre lot. Features include an in-ground heated pool and a 2,500-square-foot garage. In February 2021, it sold for $1.5 million.

Another home topped the million-dollar mark for the week of Aug. 15. It’s on a 1-acre lot on a private drive in south Sioux Falls. The 6,600-square-foot home was built in 1986. Features include an in-ground pool and tennis court.
