The most expensive residential sale for the week of June 3 was almost $1.6 million for a home along a golf course south of Sioux Falls.

The two-story walkout home was built in 2016 on a 1-acre lot in the Arthur Estates neighborhood along Bakker Crossing Golf Course. The 5,900-square-foot home has five bedrooms and five bathrooms.

A second home topped the million-dollar mark at $1.2 million. It’s along the northern section of Prairie Green Golf Course.
