Watertown-based Dugan Sales & Service has closed its Sioux Falls showroom.

It had been in the Gilrich Village retail center at 1116 W. 41st St. since 2021.

A sign on the door notes the Sioux Falls closure and that customers will be serviced from the home store in Watertown.

The retail center also has a vacancy in the former Simple Floors space as that business relocated to Tea, and the former Pawsabilities pet store, which closed in May.

According to the property management team, there has been considerable interest in the available spaces, which range from 3,600 to 5,600 square feet.
