4 homes top million-dollar mark in weekly sales report

Four homes in the Sioux Falls area topped the million-dollar mark for residential sales in the week of May 29.

The No. 1 sale was $1.45 million for a 5,300-square-foot home in The Grand Prairie neighborhood. It was custom-built by Zome’s Construction in 2015. The walkout ranch has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Features include a three-tiered theater room, exercise room, bonus room above the garage and two covered porches.

The No. 2 sale was $1.4 million for a new home built in Brandon by Start to Finish Builders. It has 5,300 square feet of finished space and 1,250 square feet that’s unfinished. There are four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
