The most expensive home sale for the week of July 8 was $1,450,000 for a 6,300-square-foot home in south Sioux Falls.

The four-bedroom, five-bathroom house in the Prairie Hills neighborhood sits on an almost-1-acre lot. It’s set up for entertaining with an in-ground pool, hot tub, sauna, a lower-level bar with a full kitchen and wine room, a soundproof party room and a poker room.

The No. 2 house also topped the million-dollar mark at $1,195,000. That 5,800-square-foot home, also in the Prairie Hills neighborhood, features six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. It’s also set up for entertaining with an outdoor kitchen, saltwater pool, 10-person spa, covered cabana, lower-level bar and theater room.
