The Food-N-Fuel on 12th Street west of Interstate 29 closed in September, but the property owner is looking for a new owner/operator.

Vikash Patel of RAJ LLC, which owns the property at 4701 W. 12th St., said Brian Beuckens had owned the business for 15 years but moved out of state.

“We’re definitely looking for an owner/operator,” Patel said. “We’ll help them get set up and running.”

He said he’s also willing to consider a different type of business at the location. Patel can be reached at 605-376-3183.
