French country-style home tops sales report at $1.4 million

The most expensive home sale for the week of June 1 was $1.4 million for a 5,000-square-foot house in the Old Orchard Heights neighborhood.
The four-bedroom, six-bath house was built in 1998 and features French country architecture.
Another home in the neighborhood also sold in the first week of June at the million-dollar mark. That 5,200-square-foot house was built in 2005.
