A two-story home along Prairie Green Golf Course topped the list of the most expensive residential sales for the week of Oct. 2.

The top sale was nearly $2.8 million for the 4,800-square-foot home that was built in 2016. The 1/2-acre property is in The Grand Prairie development. The home has four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Another home topped the million-dollar mark. The 3,000-square-foot home built in the Prairie Tree neighborhood in 1998 sold for $1.25 million. It has four bedrooms and four bathrooms and features an in-ground pool.
