Featured home on 2022 parade tops sales report at $2M

The most expensive residential sale for the week of Aug. 25 was $2 million for a home in eastern Sioux Falls that was featured on the 2022 Spring Parade of Homes.
The 5,400-square-foot ranch walkout house was custom built on 1.4 acres in the Willow Ridge neighborhood. It has six bedrooms and six bathrooms. Features include a three-sided fireplace in the great room and a covered deck with built-in heaters. The climate-controlled garage can hold up to eight vehicles and has an electric vehicle charger, half-bath and entertainment setup. There’s also a core-floor garage.
