Sandwich shop takes shape at Lake Lorraine with adjacent space available

Oct. 15, 2018

Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop plans to open in mid-November in a new retail center at Lake Lorraine.

The national sandwich restaurant is known for it all-natural turkey that’s slow-roasted in house and hand-shredded to feature in a variety of subs, including the best-selling Bobbie, which also has cranberry sauce, stuffing and mayo.

Capriotti’s is hiring an evening supervisor and 15 part-time employees. To learn more, click here.

There’s about 4,000 square feet left in the building, which is listed with Raquel Blount of Lloyd Cos. and can be subdivided.

“We’ve had interest. It’s a little challenging in the early construction phases for people to truly see the vision of what the building will look like,” Blount said. “We’re excited because we’re finally in the phases where the building has come together structurally, so we can get people inside, and they can visualize how their business would fit in the space.”
