A 6,500-square-foot house in the Arbor’s Edge neighborhood topped the list of the most expensive residential sales for the week of Oct. 7 at $2.2 million.

The two-story walkout was built by Trademark Homes in 2018 for $1.25 million. The house has six bedrooms and six bathrooms. Features include a second-floor theater room, a full kitchen in the lower level, a fitness gym and an eight-car garage. The backyard has an in-ground pool with a waterfall. The seating area around the pool includes an outdoor kitchen and a firepit.
